MONTHLY SUMMARY November was bone dry with a meager .19" of rainfall, the driest November on record. It was a mild month with temperatures slightly above normal and the warmest temperatures near the end of the month rather than the beginning. Additional notes/records 5: Low 22 F not a record but a high of only 38 set a new daily low max temp. 30: Record high 68 F. November 1998 was the driest November on record, shattering the record 0.95" set in 1965. Only 3 days had any measurable rainfall. This was the 2nd driest month on record.
