HEAVY RAINS 15: Became cloudy with steady rain developing by 1pm moderate at times and continuing through midnight .50" fell. 16: Rain overnight and through the morning ended by noon. Rain was heavy at times during the mid-morning. Some peaks of sun by 1pm and became mild high 67 F. Clouds, gusty winds and a few showers moved in by 5pm. SUMMARY: This was one of the mildest Novembers on record, with near normal precipitation. There were frequent light to moderate rain events mainly during the middle of the month, with over 2 inches falling on the 15th-16th then very dry, quiet conditions prevailing the final two weeks. No snow fell. Temperatures were consistently above normal with a lack of extremes in either direction. November 2006 ranks 4th warmest on record since 1948.
