Clouds build by 3pm. Light to moderate rain 4-11pm total .51" fell. Breezy especially in AM with S winds gusting to 20 mph. 4: Periods of rain throughout the day .53" fell. Windy with winds shifting from S to W and gusting at times over 35 mph. 7: A mild high 65 F with sunny skies and WNW breezes up to 25 mph. 8: Mostly clear AM, variable clouds PM. Breezy and much colder high only 38 F. 9: A cold high of 35 F. 12: A cold rain all day 7am-4:30pm .66" fell. Dense fog. 16: Mild and partly cloudy with WNW winds gusting to 25 mph. 17: Light early fog and a brief AM shower. Cloudy and mild. Light showers 6-8pm .03" fell. 18: Mild with fog and drizzle persisting. Only a trace of rain. Light WSW breezes. 19: Overnight dense fog and drizzle. Light rain 9:30-4pm .18" fell. Strong SE breezes 20-25 mph. Mild and once again foggy. 25: Rain ended overnight .12" fell. 9th consecutive day with fog (fog lifted overnight). Became windy and blustery with W winds gusting 25-35 mph and light snow/sleet showers. 26: A chilly low of 22 F. Partly cloudy and cool. 28: Overnight rain heavy at times ended by 11am 1.15" fell by then. Some sleet mixed in near the end. Afternoon snow flurries. Strong W winds gusting to 30 mph. 30: Partly sunny becoming mostly cloudy. PM rain 5pm-midnight mostly light .20" fell. SUMMARY: November was a bit milder and wetter than normal. The second half of the month was most active with frequent rain events and a bit of mixed precipitation and lots of fog and wind. The first week was the warmest, with moderate temperatures the rest of the month and few extremes.
