Mostly cloudy to partly cloudy & warmer. 9: Mostly cloudy & hazy, thunderstorm about 2pm followed by occasional showers through the afternoon & evening .37" rain total. 10: Clear & sunny with low humidity and brilliant blue skies 11: Cool low 46 F, sunny & pleasant again 12: Another cool overnight low of 49 F with another warm sunny day and gentle breezes. 14: Hot and more humid. High 92 F. 18: Hot & humid. Thunderstorm with intense lightning 5-5:30pm about .30" fell. Another shower about 11pm total .35" of rain. 19: Hot and sunny but much less humid. 22: Light showers began just before noon & ended about 1pm .07" rain. Moderate rains 9:15-midnight .30" fell. 23: Foggy with heavy overcast. Rain and showers on and off all day and through the evening .50" fell. Cool high 67F 24: Early afternoon thunderstorms brought another .41" rain today. Again cool high 66 F. 28: Sunny, hazy hot & humid high 93 F. Very brief thunderstorm brought .09" in 3 minutes and gusty winds about 3:30 pm. Light rain through 5pm total .14" fell. 29: Mostly sunny and cooler with low humidity. 31: Cool overnight low of 43 F. Another pleasant mostly sunny day with low humidity. Summary: July brought a mixture of hot and cool temperatures, with several days in the 90s but also a number of clear, cool nights. Showers and storms were scattered about but with no really high amounts from any one storm. 1: Record low max 68 F.
