Mixed with rain by 1pm and changed to rain by 2pm. Slight glaze on top of the snow. Rain continued all evening total .86" by midnight. 5: Rain ended overnight .08" fell. Some light snow this evening but no measurable accumulation. 8: Wet snow began overnight and continued all day long mainly light in intensity. Total by midnight 5.3" fell. 13: Clear and cold overnight low 6F. Increasing clouds by afternoon with snow this evening 2.0" by midnight. 14: Snow overnight another 1.0" fell before changing to freezing drizzle. Total snow 3.0" from event. 15: Nice snow shower about 6:30pm about 0.5" fell 16: Light to moderate snow 4-7pm about 1" fell. A bit of rain mixed in before ending. 18-21: Much warmer highs in the 60s each day 27: Fog this morning then partly cloudy and very warm spring-like high 74F Summary: The first half of February was fairly cold with frequent snow and ice storms, but the later half of the month was dry and rather balmy at times with a warm high 74F on the 27th. Additional notes/records 21: Record high of 68 F. Also a record high min temperature of 44 F 27: Record high 74 F. Warmest February reading since Feb. 24, 1985 (76 F - tied February all-time high temp).
